Michael Klosowski, partner
Michael’s wealth of experience in banking and finance, entrepreneurial mindset, plus an extensive network and strong educational foundations, make him a trusted advisor and valuable resource for individuals and businesses seeking guidance in finance, investment, and international business. With more than 30 years of industry knowledge, he has worked in multiple senior positions within reputable institutions such as BNP Paribas, Citi Private Bank, and Julius Baer. PhD Andrzej Marcin Suszycki, partner
Marcin is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in academia and international business advisory. An Adjunct Professor of Political Science at the University of Potsdam, he has also lectured and researched at renowned universities in Italy, Denmark, Finland, and Poland, further expanding his understanding of political science.
In addition to his academic role, Marcin holds a position as an international business advisor in Berlin. He has extensive experience of advising international corporate clients on political communication, strategic advocacy, and investment connections amongst other subjects. Agnieszka Bielanska, legal consultant
Agnieszka qualified as an English solicitor in 2017 and is also a Polish qualified lawyer with over fifteen years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She specialises in corporate and commercial, corporate finance, acquisitions and mergers, and the establishment and maintenance of investment funds. She has particular experience in intellectual property law and regularly advises international corporate executives and entrepreneurs on structuring transactions.
Prior to moving to Jersey, Agnieszka worked at one of the largest law firms in Wroclaw where her practice focus points were corporate (including public and private M&A and corporate structuring) and intellectual property. She then joined one of the top tier American law firms in London.

Agnieszka graduated from the University of Wroclaw in 1999 and went on to study for postgraduate diplomas in Commercial Law (2004), European Union and Trade Law (2004), Intellectual Property Law (2005) and Investment Law (2008). She also obtained the Diploma in English and European Union Law at the University of Cambridge.
Joanna Tarkowska-Borkowska, legal consultant
Joanna offers a full range of services in the fields of economic law, civil law, family law, administrative law and immigration law. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive services to entrepreneurs, especially those related to opening and running a business in Poland and the United Kingdom.
Joanna offers a wide range of services in the field of legal support for partners, management boards and directors of companies. Her specialty is preparing companies for operation, registration of changes, preparation of documentation for shareholders’ meetings and the Management Board, negotiations and preparation of contracts.
She also represents business and individual clients before common courts in commercial and civil proceedings and before public administration bodies (obtaining an identification number, permits, visas, concessions, insurance).

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, Joanna has been authorised as a legal advisor since 2008. She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw (entry no. WA-6664).
Albert Godetzky, art consultant
With over 15 years of international experience, scholarly pursuits and a hugely diverse network, Albert Godetzky is a trusted and knowledgeable art historian who brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the art world. Albert has worked across various sectors, including curatorial, academic, and commercial, as well as working with prestigious collections and major institutions such as the National Gallery in London and the Kunsthalle in Munich.
One of Albert’s notable achievements was curating "Silent Rebels: Polish Symbolism around 1900" at the Kunsthalle, an exhibition which showcased important works and shed light on the significance of Polish Symbolism in the art world.
Throughout his career, Albert has built a diverse network across the trade, museum, and academic sectors. He has collaborated with UBS Wealth Management, assisting private clients in engaging with art and collecting, and ran the Old Masters Department at a London auction house, expanding its sales reach and successfully penetrating new markets.
In addition to advising clients on the acquisition, sale, and care of artworks, Albert is also passionate about educating collectors. He uses his extensive expertise and diverse background to guide both new and seasoned collectors in making informed decisions.

Albert holds a PhD from the Courtauld Institute of Art and continues to pursue his scholarly activities as an Associate Lecturer in Early Modern Art. His research has been published in reputable journals, including The Burlington Magazine, Art History, and Art in America.
Daniel Stachowiak, partner
Daniel is an experienced entrepreneur, investor and adviser - his broad range of skills range from corporate finance (fundraising, deal modelling and structuring) and strategy formation (go-to-market) to sales and operations.
The founder and managing director of MyDocSafe.com, a UK-based electronic signature and deal room platform for professional services firms, he is also a NED and a board adviser at several early stage companies.
Daniel spent his early career as a management consultant, first for McKinsey & Company in Warsaw, Poland and then for Monitor Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts, advising clients in the banking, pharma and energy sectors. Prior to founding MyDocSafe, Daniel was a Private Equity investment manager at Jupiter Asset Management in London, where he specialised in real estate and hospitality deals.

Daniel holds an MBA degree from the University of Oxford (Said Business School), an M.A. degree with merit in economics from the Central European University (then in Budapest, Hungary), and a B.A. cum laude in computer science and applied economics from the American University in Bulgaria.
Alla Glendenning, consultant
Alla has over thirty years of experience in wealth management, corporate finance and private banking, advising UK residents and international clients on credit, investments and financial planning. Her role as a wealth manager meant she was responsible for several ultra high net worth individuals and respective private family offices and her holistic approach to working with her personal client portfolio made her stand out from other bankers.
Outside of banking Alla held the position of business development manager for a joint venture between ONGC, India’s largest energy company, and Mittal Steel, UK.
