Justyna founded Bossalini Capital, driven by her commitment to providing outstanding service to clients with high net worth and specific needs. She gained her expertise working with international financial institutions in London.
She holds twenty years of experience in exclusive financial and private banking roles for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Royal Bank of Canada and Barclays. She also worked for Swiss family banks Clariden Leu and Mirabaud. Her career has enabled her to build a far-reaching network across many financial related jurisdictions.
Justyna is in a uniquely qualified position to help facilitate corporate transactions, property deals as well as arrange capital ties.
Justyna holds an Executive EMBA from the University of Pittsburgh and an MA in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Westminster. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in London.
MICHAEL KLOSOWSKI – Partner
Michael has worked in banking and finance for over 30 years including roles as an equity analyst, private equity fund manager and private banker with institutions including BNP Paribas, Citi Private Bank and Julius Baer.
Michael understands entrepreneurs and has built several businesses himself along the way in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and the environmental technology sectors in the UK, Europe and North America. He has also consulted on foreign investment and trade for various levels of government including the Government of Canada, the State of Colorado and the City of Denver.
Michael brings a broad and deep network of trusted contacts and partnerships from around the world helping clients achieve their business goals more effectively in the areas of commerce, investment and fund-raising, international expansion, operations and strategic alliances.
Michael completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Toronto (Trinity College) and received a Masters of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics, UK. He is a full Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in London.
ZARKO IANKOV – Legal Consultant
Zarko has honed his skills as a senior lawyer and adviser at top international law firms in the City of London, including Reed Smith, Bryan Cave and the largest law firm in the world Dentons.
For over 20 years he has helped his clients with a variety of corporate, property, technology and corporate finance transactions. He also assists companies with their growth by serving on the board of directors.
Through his extensive network of contacts, Zarko facilitates successful deals by introducing parties to the transactions, structuring and execution. He is dedicated to finding timely and cost-effective solutions to difficult and complex cross-border legal issues faced by corporate and individual clients.
He has in-depth experience of restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and general corporate advisory. Zarko also provided general guidance to clients through high-value litigation/arbitration disputes.
Zarko holds an LL.B. degree from the University of London and an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Law, Moorgate – the largest specialist corporate law establishment in the UK. He is a member of The Law Society and The Society of English and American Lawyers (SEAL).
DR HAB. ANDRZEJ MARCIN SUSZYCKI
Marcin is an Adjunct Professor of Political Science at the University of Potsdam. He has also lectured and researched at universities in Italy, Denmark, Finland and Poland. Marcin holds a position as an international business advisor in Berlin.
Marcin has a long experience of advising international corporate clients on political communication, strategic advocacy and investment connections. He is also an expert on sustainable development issues and regulations within the European Union.
Between 2011 and 2017 Marcin worked for Joschka Fischer & Company (JF&C). He was the Head of Representation of JF&C in Warsaw (Poland) For 4 years. Since 2015 he has been a member of the Program Board of the European Financial Congress in Sopot.
During his career, Marcin has gained many valuable international contacts in politics, business and media.
Marcin received his MA degree in German and Scandinavian Literature and Political Science, as well as his PhD in International Relations, at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He obtained his habilitation degree in Political Science at the University of Potsdam. He is an author and editor of multiple books and publications in the field of political science.

Joanna has extensive experience in providing comprehensive services to entrepreneurs, especially those related to opening and running a business in Poland and United Kingdom.
Joanna offers a wide range of services in the field of legal support for partners, management boards and directors of companies. Her speciality is preparation of companies for operation, registration of changes, preparation of documentation for Shareholders’ Meetings and the Management Board, negotiations and preparation of contracts.
Joanna also represents business and individual clients before common courts in commercial and civil proceedings and before public administration bodies (obtaining an identification number, permits, visas, concessions, insurance).
Joanna offers a full range of services in the field of economic law, civil law, family law, administrative law, immigration law.
Joanna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and has been authorized as a legal advisor since 2008. She is a legal advisor since 2008 and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw (entry no. WA-6664).
ALBERT GODETZKY
Albert Godetzky is an art historian with over 15 years of international experience across the curatorial, academic and commercial sectors of the art world. Albert has worked with important collections and major institutions, including the National Gallery, London, and the Kunsthalle, Munich, where he curated the major exhibition, ’Silent Rebels: Polish Symbolism around 1900’. Over the years, Albert has cultivated a diverse network in trade, museums and academia. He has worked with UBS Wealth Management helping private clients engage in art and collecting, and later ran the Old Masters Department at a London auction house expanding its sales remit and successfully opening its business to new markets. In addition to advising clients on the acquisition, sale, and care of works of art, Albert brings his diverse expertise to educate new and seasoned collectors. He holds a PhD from the Courtauld Institute of Art where he continues to pursue his scholarly activities as Associate Lecturer in Early Modern Art. His research has appeared in journals including The Burlington Magazine, Art History, and Art in America among others.
MILENA KUDLIČKA
Milena is a third-year art history student at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London. She gained experience in working with VIP clients when interning at two auction houses in Warsaw – Polswiss Art and Desa Unicum. She further developed her skills when working as the VIP assistant at the Frieze art fair in London. Milena is interested in art investment advisory, the art market as well as private art collections.
